Update on our response to COVID-19
THANK YOU for supporting our small business. As a small business, we are very grateful for each and every customer!
Currently we are living during uncertain times. Our Nurshop team has taken precautionary measures to keep everyone safe while still offering the best service possible.
We continue to follow guidelines from local governments and health agencies we want you to be updated you our status:

2022 PRE-ORDERS: All items that are on preorder are currently waiting to arrive at the warehouse. Due to congestion at the sea ports, shipment containers are taking longer than expected to get to their destinations. Our container has arrived in Canada and is awaiting customs clearance. The estimated time of arrival to the warehouse is last week of March. Currently we are aiming to dispatch your orders within 3 days after we receive the goods at the warehouse. We are doing our utmost best to try to get the items to you before Ramadan Insha-Allah.
- Canada Post has been impacted by COVID 19 and as such shipping delays are expected with this carrier. Therefor, we are now shipping using UPS, Fedex and Purolator. Shipping delays may still be expected for both Canadian and US shipments.
- Average shipping times are as follows:
- Canadian 2-7 days- Delays may occur
- US 5- 10 days- Delays may occur
- International - 3 weeks + - Delays are expected due to reduced air travel
