Returns and Exchange Policies

PLEASE NOTE: All online sales are final. 

Store Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly EXCHANGE unused merchandise with the original tag and receipt within 7 days of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges after 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, custom art orders and hijabs (including hijab undercaps, or headbands), nailpolish, swimwear and socks cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Online Returns

All online sales are final sale unless an item has been received defective or is missing from the order that was shipped out. 

If an item is received damaged, please send an email to salam@nurshop.ca immediately with proof of damage. We will send you a return address to which you can send your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account statements.
  • Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at salam@nurshop.ca

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately items that were bought on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at salam@nurshop.ca and a return address will be emailed to you.

Return overheads are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
