Returns and Exchange Policies

Online Returns/ Exchanges 

All  sales are final unless an item has been received defective or is missing from the order that was shipped out. 

If an item is received damaged, we will gladly exchange your item. Please send an email to salam@nurshop.ca immediately with proof of damage. We will send you a return address to which you can send your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a “store credit” will automatically be applied to your account  within 3-5 days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Nurshop is not responsible for any lost returns.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at salam@nurshop.ca and a return address will be emailed to you.


Return overheads are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.  Shipping costs are non-refundable


if your packaged was damaged in shipping, please us and let us know what exactly the issue is. We can assist in filing an insurance claim with the shipper. We package up all orders to eliminate this issue, but we do not have the ability to monitor the shippers. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
